	Midoriya Electric Co., Ltd. was established in November, 1946, with the support of Toshiba Corporation, Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. and NEC Corporation.The business was started by offering their products to the domestic industrial market and research development facilities.Along with the expansion of our business, we began exporting Japanese goods to the Southeast Asian countries and importing U.S. measurement instrument products which were required by the Japanese market.To cope with the growth of our business and the promotion of the foreign trade, we strengthened our organizational structure by establishing domestic sales division, international division, manufacturing division and branch sales offices throughout Japan.
